Thursday, June 8, 2017. After Thursday Morning Men's Breakfast in Boston, I got home at 9:30 and grabbed Wendy and we went to look at New Hampshire Waterfalls!:
Left home about 9:45, down 128, up 93 North, lunch in North Woodstock, then up-and-over on Route 3/down 302 to the AMC Highland Center at Crawford Notch by 1 PM. And then it was up into the woods on the Avalon Trail:
We had a nice 1.33 mile walk in 30 minutes.
I had taken this picture back on July 31, 2014:
and have wanted to get back here with Wendy when the waters were flowing. This afternoon started with some stream-fording:
Then up the lower part of Cascade Loop
a quick left to get to Beecher Cascade
which is VERY PRETTY:
Then back up the Loop to Pearl Cascade:
Back up, and finished the loop!
LOVE the day-glo shoes!
Back down to the car, then headed home - Thank You God for these wonderful adventures!!
